2025 Warehouse Sale Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions:

• No purchase required.
• Entries will be accepted in-person at the BikeTiresDirect January 2025 Warehouse Sale.
• The winner does not have to be present to win.
• Entrants agree to all terms and conditions listed below.

Valid Entries:

• For an entry to be valid it must include the following: first & last Name, valid email address.

Requirements:

• Entrants must be over the age of 18.
• Entrants must be residents of the United States.

How to enter:

• Customers placing orders at the warehouse sale will be automatically entered provided valid contact information (see above, Valid Entires) is provided.
• Entries can also be submitted using an electronic form available at the warehouse sale. This form will be available on kiosk computers at the warehouse, or on the customer's personal mobile device after scanning a QR code at the warehouse sale.

Odds + Selection:

• All entries have an equal chance of winning.
• The odds of winning will be dependent on the number of entrants. There will be only one winning entrant.
• The winner will be selected at random.

Entry + Drawing Periods, Claiming Prize:

• Entries will be accepted during published warehouse sale hours on January 18th, 2025.
• The winner will be selected on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025 and contacted via email that day. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notice to claim their prize. If there is no response by this time, a new winner will be selected.
• BikeTiresDirect is not liable if notification email is not received due to email filters, spam or otherwise.
• Winner must present valid ID that matches information submitted in entry form to claim prize.
• The prize must be claimed & picked up in person at the Velotech warehouse.

Restrictions:

• Velotech (BikeTiresDirect, Western Bikeworks + Trisports) employees, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Consent:

• Entrants consent to having their first name and last initial published on BikeTiresDirect's website, email list, and social media pages if selected as the winner.
• Entrants consent to receiving marketing/promotional material from BikeTiresDirect.
