With the RD-4700 rear derailleur, the redesigned body brings with it brand new smooth-spinning jockey wheels and bearings, as well as the lighter shift action borrowed directly from the Dura-Ace 9000 groupset. While these improvements make the shift experience that much better, Shimano has made sure to keep the rugged durability and adjustability that the Tiagra groupset has been known for.
