Better than the entry level Shimano derailleurs and performs well. Quite durable, especially for the price. Typically used on $450-600 bikes and many e-bikes costing much more. Been around for a long time.
The tech I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spoke bicycle. Tech made useful suggestions about the product to buy and best order to swap out parts.
