Plug & Ride
The Dynaplug Pill is a tubeless tire repair kit designed to quickly and easily repair punctures in tubeless bicycle tires.
Tubeless tires open up the door to cloud-like comfort through their cushy low-pressure riding. But when the unthinkable happens and you get a puncture in your tire, it's easy to feel your enthusiasm deflate just like your tire. Thankfully, Dynaplug's ultra-compact Pill Tubeless Tire Repair Kit is ready when disaster strikes.
Featuring 5 pointed brass-tipped plugs, the Pill makes fixing a puncture easy: simply remove the puncturing object from your tire, align the plug with the puncture, push it in, and remove the pill. This leaves behind the tip, sealing the tire and getting you down the road in a flash.

Reviews
Instead of being a solution looking for a problem, as we occasionally find in the bike industry, this is a real solution for flats when using tubeless tires. Rare to have a flat when running tubeless but it happens and this is so easy to always have with me. Its the same outside diameter as a CO2 cylinder so that allows you to use CO2 types of brackets s to attach to your bike if you dont want to drop it into a pocket.
Off the bat, I have had some pretty awful flats with tubeless tires because my WTB Venture tires have a knack for grabbing large pieces of glass in urban areas. I purchased this product to give me a fighting chance next time I find one. So far, I love the size of this kit, its tiny and keeps all the tools in a nice package. The instructions make it seem very easy to use. Maybe the first time I successfully use it I will gain enough confidence to leave the tube, gloves, and tire irons at home! I will be sure to report after the first time I have to (hopefully not) use it!
This has saved me on two road rides - one a gravel ride and another a road ride both with large punctures that wouldn't seal with sealant alone. I watched a video which came in handy but honestly it was rather simple to use. I appreciate the small size and both tires sealed up right away with the plug. Yes it's expensive, but when you need it, it's there and it doesn't take up much space.
Patched up three tubeless punctures on two bikes successfully on a frantic ride down the mountain to beat the setting sun. Took 1 min to fix. Would buy again, no question. Great product.
I was nervous about running tubeless tires on my long rides because I Was afraid that a big hole would leave me stranded. I am talking about a hole, something a nail would make. Not the kind of little pin prick that comes from a wire. The sealant handles that with no issue. And it sort of handles a nail hole, but these plugs make is seal right up. And this little tool kit fits on a jersey pocket, So the saddle bag can really be eliminated. ( If you dare). I still carry a tube, just in case. But only one. And if you have a tube, you need tire levers. And if the tire gets a big cut, like I did, then you will be glad you have the tube. But really, this thing is amazing.
Small size fits in my seat bag. I carry it with me on the trail but hope that I don't need to use it. The product appears to be well designed so I have no doubt that it will plug holes that the sealant fails to seal.
The plug system looks good and is very impressive. I have not had to use it yet, since I have not had any flats on my tubeless tire system. I have no doubt that this product will work as it is designed to.
Fortunately, I haven't had to use this product yet but I do feel more secure by having it in my seat bag. The item is very small & takes up little space and has multiple plugs contained. It is expensive thus my 3 star value rating.
I got a sizable hole in my tubless tire during a pre-ride at a 'cross race. I thought my day was done before it started! I went to the neutral service tent and the mechanic pulled out a PILL. He had me install the plug and use the saw to cut the excess rubber. Presto! The tire held air and I was able to race without any tire problems. I was sold, so purchased a PILL that now comes with me on rides I use my tubeless tires. The PILL gives me more confidence I can fix future holes in my tubeless tires!
If you've ever had to break the bead from the rim on a tubeless tire in order to insert a tube while on the road you'll certainly appreciate the Dynaplug Pill. Several weeks after receiving the Dynaplug I had the opportunity to use it and can attest that it works as advertised. The repaired tire is still on the rim, plug and all. I was fortunate that not much air had yet escaped from the punctured tire but the sealant wasn't stopping the leak. It takes a bit of pressure to insert the plug but once inserted - no more leak. The Dynaplug Pill seems expensive until the cost of a new tire is factored into the equation, and it contains extra plugs to make multiple repairs. The product is small, taking up little room in the jersey pocket or saddle bag. If you're riding tubeless tires this a product you should consider.
