Description
The Blackburn Chamber Tubeless Floor Pump is designed for those that thought they'd never get big air... If you're a tubeless tire convert, you'll wonder how you lived without this pump. Just pressurize the chamber and with a simple flip of the burly switch, all that air floods the tire, giving it no option but to seal and air up. Once the tire's in place, flip the switch back to bypass the chamber and you can top it up accurately with the giant gauge.
Features:
- AnyValve Pump Head works on Presta, Schrader, and Dunlop valves.
- Air Bleed Button allows for micro-adjusting tire pressure.
- 31.8mm stem allows for customizable pumping.
- 2.75" top-mounted gauge easily displays pressure without having to stop pumping.
- Charge Switch allows for rapid release of stored inflation pressure for rapid sealing and inflation of a tire.
- 4 feet of hose allows for easy inflation.
- 160 PSI maximum.

Reviews
It's a quality pump. Reading the other reviews, I had a similar issue, where it just wouldn't release air fast enough to seat the tires. Then I removed the valve cores and it was perfect. Maybe if you had higher flow cores, you wouldn't need to remove them first. My process is to remove the core, seat the tire. Fill it with air. Then deflate it, add the sealant, the valve core, and then re-inflate. This works perfectly in those steps. I think it is a bit expensive, but you don't need to bring an air compressor to the trails with you.
Have never gotten this pump to successfully seat a tire. Air doesn't seem to come out fast enough to do the job. Today, the lever popped off. Can't find information for how to reattach. Have only had the pump a few months. Very expensive pump and already broken.
***Note from Bike Tires Direct*** The pump is under warranty, we will gladly replace it or give you store credit in the warranty window***
I've tried the chamber function now in attempting to mount 4 different MTB tubeless tires from 3 different brands, each time trying it both with the valve core in and removed, and each one has resulted in the same outcome as before I got this pump, which is taking the tirerim to my LBS to have them use their air compressor to pop the tire on. It works fine as a regular floor pump, although my favorite floor pump remains the basic (and cheaper) Park variety.
Used almost daily, on several bikes, for over 18 months now and it will inflate tubeless road and gravel tires easily. Helps if you tug the tire bead up onto the bead shelf on the rim, grab both side of tire and pull it outward, while pushing your thumbs into center of tire, go around entire tire and it'll air right up easily. The lever for "Charge" then drop the lever to "Release" air from pump into tire is key for tubeless success!
