Replaced a variety of other tires I'd tried first, including Grand Prix 4-seasons, Gatorskins, and Diamante pros. This tire wears very well on the roads I'm commuting on, which are pretty rough on tires. It compares well to Gatorskins for length of use (approx. 1000 miles on the rear is a reasonable expectation, more than that is just window dressing), and is far superior to the Grand Prix 4-seasons and Diamantes. It rides much, much better than either Conti, compares very well to the Diamente at a lower price, longer wear, and in a 28mm.
Good grip, good feel, good speed. And all that for a lower price? This is a lot of tire for a pretty good price.

It is the go to tire for competitive fast group rides and training rides. I would use these tires in a race, but I longer compete as racer. It is an excellent tire on wet weather and keeps flats to a minimum (2 flats (finishing nails) in THE LAST THREE YEARS). Present set of tires are doing well as the last sets. Front tire has not been replaced (2500 miles with plenty of tread left), rear tire was replaced at 2300 miles, it was showing very little rubber on the center line. For comparison, I am 6-1 - 178 lbs and average 350 miles per week. So, yes I highly recommend this tires. IF you are not a Pro Riders,' but you are into counting grams, these tires are averaging between 218 to 231 grams). If that is WAY TO HEAVY for you, get something else and pay more (BTD sells them). My theory on counting grams, do push-ups (as in push your food plate away (eat less), It will make you a faster rider.

I use these tires on my Cannondale synapse. I commonly come across roads that are rough due to the harsh winter we had but these tires handle great and much better than the factory tires that came with the bike. I was constantly getting flats with the factory tires. Haven't had a flat yet. Its also nice that they come in green to match the bike,

These tires are a little harder to put on and take off than some others, but they last a long time. I used to use Michelin and I was getting many flats. I find that Vittoria are more durable.

I'd been riding a competitor tire for a couple of years after having been a loyal Vittoria rider. These tires made me wonder why I had changed. Great ride, super grip even on wet roads. And at the price a great value for the money.

I wedged these onto my daily ride last night (they replaced a set of worn Vredestein Gran Fondo TriComps that I rode through this bad winter). They seemed a bit heavy and I'm not a fan of tread patterns on bicycle tires. So I pumped them up to 130 PSI and rolled out this morning, ready to be disappointed by yet another set of training tires.
One of the most pleasant experience trying a new product, starting out with low expectations, and yet being surprised when expectations are exceeded. In the case of the Rubino Pro III - I was very surprised. They rolled well, gripped fine, and provided a nice ride on my somewhat harsh-riding Cannondale CAAD10-3.
I've ridden mostly Continentals and Vredesteins for years, but Vittoria continues to impress. While I love the Open Corsa series, wear is poor (maybe 1000 miles before it's replacement time). I'll leave those tires on nicer wheels and enjoy the Rubino Pro III for everyday riding.

My favorite tires are Vittoria Corsa Evo. The 320 tip casing makes for great handling and a smooth ride. I ride about 5000 miles a year and weigh about 180. I can go through the Evo's pretty quickly and they aren't cheap. The Rubino Pro Are my compromise for winter spring riding when there is more junk on the road and I want a tire that is a little beefier (I ride on 25's during the rainy season). I think the tires are a fair value.

I ride between 5-6 hundred miles per month. So far there is nothing to dislike. Softer ride and better grip and I was able to purchase 4 of these at the price of two Gatorskins.

So far I have not had any issues with these tires. I conducted thorough research before making my purchase on replacement tires and went with these. So far they have not disappointed me although I have to admit I have not been able to put as many miles on them I had planned so far this year (crappy weather).

If you are looking for a training tire that doesn't sacrifice on rolling resistance, is very good in wet conditions, and has extraordinary protection against penetration flats, this tire is it. There are other tires that come close, but cannot compete on price. If this is not enough, the Vittoria Rubino Pro III can be inflated to up to 150 psi. I usually back off on that, riding at a the more comfortable inflation of around 135 psi (susceptible to pinch flats pushing to over 140 psi). Finally, this tire lasts a very long time. I usually get around 3000 miles before the tires need to be replaced. All in all, you have the best of everything, a long lasting, fast, comfortable ride with peace of mind protection.

These came stock with my new ride. It took me a while to wear them out. I train on all types of road and they have been great on everything. I do have to be cautious with turning on wet surface but I hope they have fixed that with the newest rev.
I did not get a flat till about 2000 miles into them. They lasted almost exactly 3k.
They are great workhorses and I highly recommend them to make your steed trusty.

I have purchased two sets of red/black 23c for my Kona road bike and after a few months (200 miles) on each set I noticed cracks/small splits where the red meets the black on the side closest to the wheel (side). I purchased the second set, as I mentioned, after I noticed the cracks on my first set hoping that it was a fluke/bad set and the same thing occurred again. Fed up, I purchased an all black 25c set and I've had no problems whatsoever with these. These are fast rolling and very comfortable as they're wider compared to the 23c with obviously less PSI required. No issues regarding flats and they're an excellent training tire. It's a shame about the red tires because they looked great on my black/red bike. I should mention that I talked to a cyclist with a blue/black 23c set on his Trek and he had the same small cracks at the same places. He said it didn't bother him. I have all 4 tires hanging in the garage. I never contacted BTD about them.
I'm not sure if the colored sections on the tires are just extra material glued on top of a black tire for aesthetics or if the red sections are actually part of the tire's structure.

I bought the yellow tires as a spoof, but they do seem to dress up the bike a little. So much that I do get comments. I was rocking gatorskins previous to these and find these a more comfortable ride. Put them on the bike in mid-July and have over 1,500 miles on them. Went on a four day ride through central Mass, Southern NH and Western MA, the roads were in tough shape and these tires took it all. I would definitely recommend (and I have) them.

I have a few thousand miles on Rubino Pros. Flats are rare events - can't remember for sure when the last one was. Wear is good, performance in rain is good. Mounting the tire onto the rim is not a difficult as with some other brands. I've been through several other brands and settled on this one.

I have confidence in these tires. I have them on 2 bikes plus I have spare set when needed. They ride smooth, I don't feel any drag like I have with other tires and corner well enough for me.

I purchased these in red to replace some Fortezza Tricomps on my racing bike. I train with another so these had less than 500 miles on them before I noticed cracking/splitting throughout the sidewalls, on both the front and rear. WTF! I contacted CS right away and after a few emails and some photos they mailed out a replacement set with a possibile defect as the cause. I returned the defective set as per their request, so they could study them. Within 3 months and less than 500 miles the same thing happened again. I never inflate my tires above 120 lbs and my bikes are mounted on a wall in my home. I wanted to like these tires and wanted some with a little longer wear than the Tricomps, but what a mistake. On the other hand, I ordered a second set in green with my initial purchase for a friend of mine, and his are fine. He loves them. Just my luck.

Great tire. This is my second pair and they hold up better than anything I've ridden before. Great grip in turns due to the unique side tread pattern but very smooth on the straights. The tread lasts and is very resistant to punctures. Didn't have a single puncture on the last pair that lasted the entire season and their still light weight.

These are nice tires that are a blend between fast and puncture proof. Grip the road nicely and look great on a bike with some yellow!

Got me through Cycle NC mountains to the coast ride with no problems. Great product so far,
