This is well designed product but the zipper problems reduce this to 2 stars. The first pack I ordered would not unzip all the way round. It wasn't just balky - it just would not go more than 23 of the way even if I tugged hard, wiggled etc. Not stuck - completely jammed.
So I got an exchange (thanks bikesdirect!) - and it did EXACTLY the same thing at EXACTLY the same position. Good enough to keep - I will just work around it, but clearly a general production problem with quality.

I use this pack on my road bike. It holds a tube, patch kit, tire levers, and mini tool with no problem. I really like the strap buckles (as opposed to velcro). It has a strap to hold a rear light that actually aims the light out instead of down like most packs.

Plenty of room for two tubes, repair kit, CO2 cartridges, and other. Looks stylish, easy to mount and durable.

I put seat bags on all my rides, and label them with tube size for easy differentiation. This bag is my favorite. I do not like the ones that use a bolt-on clamp-they seem easier to mountunmount, but only work on bikes with a clamp mounted! This bag can be quickly mounted on ANY bike (that has a seat). Since I only ride bikes with seats, I can use it on any of my bikes. To me, that far outweighs any convenience factor of the clamp-on style.

I really like this saddle pack. It's exactly what I needed. The only issue I have, and it's a minor one as far as I'm concerned, is that the velcro seatpost strap doesn't stay fastened. I'm pretty sure it's because of the small diameter specialized seat tube I have, so once wrapped around it, there is more excess velcro stapping than what is actually making a connection. I resolved this by using a small nylon tie to hold the stapping together.

Very well made, and though not a quick release, it is easy to remove, and with a three-point mount, is very secure on the all-too-frequent rough roads out there. Has plenty of room for a spare tube, multi-tool, tire irons, patch kit, extra batteries, and other small items you want close at hand. Not the cheapest, but like most things, you get what you pay for.

The wedge expands by the back panel hinging from the top. A much better design would have been to hinge the bottom panel from the seatpost. The strap that goes around the seatpost does not close securely around a small diameter seatpost. As is, not much is gained by expanding the pack. The construction is pretty sturdy at the expense of a product that is heavier than it has to be. I am still looking for a better wedge pack.

I bought the micro wedge and am very happy with it. It snugly holds, (2) tubes with 80mm stems, (2) CO2's, (1) tire tool and (1) multi tool. The pack is very secure with hardly any movement and well designed. There is a small interior pocket inside of the door that opens which holds a muli tool very well.
If I had to dig around for a negative about this product, is that it could be slightly narrower. Some days it very slightly rubs on the inner thighs and other days it is perfectly fine.
Great product, buy it!

After switching saddles, I needed a new bag. After hunting around and looking at various stores, I settled on the Topeak Aero Wedge Pack, specifically the Medium size.
I have to say this has been far the BEST bag I could have found.
The medium and large size of this bag has a zipper to allow expansion of the bag, just in case you want to haul a few additional items, like a cell phone, wallet, etc.
With the medium size, I can comfortably carry one tube, an inflater, an additional C02 cartridge, tire levers, a full-size multi-tool, patch kit, and STILL have room for more! That's without unzipping the expansion part of it.
It's great! Highly recommend the medium or large size, due to the expansion ability.
Plus the clip-on main straps are easily adjustable to reduce any chance of the bag swaying around.
I love it! HIGHLY recommended!

I've got the medium version of this bag hanging under the seat of my off-season rain bike. I have two tubes, a patch kit, a CO2 based mini-pump and 2 CO2 cartridges, a small rag to wipe up after quick repairs, a large Crank Brothers multi-tool and a pair of latex gloves stuffed into it, and I haven't even had to use the expanding zipper. About the only thing you may need to do is trim the straps a bit if you mount your bag tight against your seat (which you should do anyway). This has the little strap at the back of the bag to hang a clip-on light too.

I have the model with the under seat clip. It's easy to take on & off, holds everything I'd like to carry. I got the clip model because it won't sway like almost all velcro attached bags do.
Downsides - none that I can think of after a year of using it.

It carries a spare tube, cartridge inflater, 6" channel locks, tire irons, and a planet bike headlight - no sweat.

This pack (large) allows me to carry all my tire repair and first aid gear for long rides.

It's a wedge pack, so not much to say other than it functions exactly as I hoped. Attaches very securely without fuss, no movement or rattling. Small, but holds two tubes, two C02 cartridges, a C02 inflator, patch kit, multi-tool and one misc. item (energy bar, keys etc.). Simple and clean design. I'm so far very happy.

After years of fussing around with various size and attachment methods, I've settled on this pack as the most versatile option for single day rides on road or cross bikes. Size small is the right size. Medium is too big unless you want to fit 2 29'er tubes - otherwise a small will fit 2 cx tubes with room to spare.
Don't bother with Velcro or custom attachment methods (fizik).. go with straps and clips like the topeak.
Downsides not at all waterproof. Pack can bump legs depending on position.

I own the medium size and this was a gift for my son in a small size which he loves. Very durable and capacious.

The medium is tight for anything more than a tube and a few tools. It's virtually impossible to squeeze in a wallet and cellphone. But my biggest frustration is the placement of the zipper. With the bag snugged up tight under the seat (which I assume is how it's supposed to work) you have to squeeze your fingers between the bottom of the seat and the bag to open or close it.

This saddle bag is very nice and has a lot of room to put a few inner tubes, multi tool, and your CO2 inflator and cartridges. It has an expandable zipper around the middle if you need to add more stuff. I would have given the bag a 5 star rating, but I don't like the long straps that dangle on both sides. Perhaps they could have put a bit of Velcro on both straps so they won't dangle and flap in the wind.

Medium fits tube, multitool, tire levers & spare CO2. Strap mount is secure. Strap on the back handy for the tail-light.

Like this bag....fits under the seat nice and tight. Lots of room and I really like the loop on the back to clip my rear light on! Good price too! Great little bag!
