Who wouldnt want SIDI shoes? A shoemaker once laughed at my feet, said they werent within his abilities to fit. But the SIDIs fit. A four because I havent ridden in them yet. But my feet know.
Also, clearly high quality. Expensive for me, but glad I got them.

I had heard Sidis run narrow, and for years I bought other (some more expensive) shoes because the LBS in my area did not carry these so I could not try them on. Finally I got tired of the other shoes falling apart, or hurting, or making my feet numb or hot, so I decided to try these based on the recommendations from my fellow cyclists. Because of the perceived narrowness, I bought men's shoes. But they are not narrow. They are great shoes and feel wonderful, with nice details such as easy tightening and loosening without unclipping. They have a nice stiff sole and the toe box is roomy. The heel is actually a tiny bit loose - I probably could have bought women's. And as a bonus, they are in colors to match my Bike ).

Of course I have only ridden with Sidi road shoes for the last 20 years. I'm sure there are many quality road shoes out there but
I have found that wearing Sidi shoes is like a long happy marriage and I am not interested in another affair with my feet. These shoes get better with each generation. The Genius 5 Millennium 4 is simply outstanding. I am sure this pair will last me a long, long time as my past shoes did. Hate to give up my ancient Sidis...they've been such a loyal partner.

I own four pairs of Sidi cycling shoes. I still have the first pair I bought probably over 15 years ago & they still work. The fit is the best, very comfortable. Italian design and workmanship is the best.

This is the first time I have bought this kind of shoe before and decided to purchase it based on the recommendation of the sales person and guarantee that comes with it. I have used it for about 6 months and have been very pleased and would recommend this shoe to others. Good value, comfortable fit and easy to put on.

Over 2 thousand miles in these shoes & they look brand new!
The only bad thing is you need a shoe cover when temps drop because they vent so well.
In the heat 93 or more they rock! I have carbon dura ace peddles & shimano cleats.
EZ to adjust on the bike during long rides without stopping. My last pair of sidi shoes are 15 years old & still goin.

Just purchased my fourth (or fifth?) pair of SIDIs over quite a few years - probably 20 years. My last pair is still very usable but was starting to show its age so I sprung for a new pair from BTD. SIDIs fit snugly and are quite stiff but if that is the way you like your shoes, then these are an excellent bargain for the money. I do wish they still came in the silver metallic color of my previous pairs but the whiteblackred ones are certainly eye catching.
I always use a performance foot bed in mine since the stock SiDI foot bed doesn't have much arch support. If you have a wide foot, they also make a model for you.

I ride daily, usually 25-40 miles. The shoes meet all of my needs. The only problem I've ever had with SIDI shoes is a broken buckle & that is available as a replacement from SIDI. Love the heel pads, they are actually attached with screws rather than adhesive

these shoes last forever. my last pair are 10 years old and function great. i'll use them in the event of rain. i didn't really need new shoes, but i'm retiring in nov. and want to get as many toys as i can before my long awaited end of work date. these new shoes should last easily into my seventies.

These shoes feel great. They provide comfort and give the stability for pedalling. Initially there was some numbness in my right foot, but as the shoe has loosened up that is no longer an issue.

I do not see myself ever spending [$] on shoes and [$] seemed like a lot to me also. I have been riding a pair of Specialized Road Sport for over 2 years and they did not fit bad but just were not great. Decided to buy some Sidi shoes, I wanted a pair just for the name really. Got these on sale and seriously was surprised to say the least. Comfortable and I really like the ratcheting strap, it's not a gimmick. I ride Ultegra carbon pedals and these shoes are a great match up. I had a hard time shelling out the money but should have a lot sooner. I look forward to longevity and I like the fact that there are replacement parts. Small things like the high security Velcro and a good insole to start with are signs of attention to detail. I did not need the longer screws as recommended, the Shimano provided screws worked perfectly.

THESE ARE THE BEST SPIN/CYCLING shoes EVERRRR! I use these for my cervelo with Shimano SPD clips and for my spin class with Deltas!
They last and last, especially because the heel cup is protected on the outside, in case your heel pivots inward and hits the chain or crank.
They also LOOK THE BEST out of all the shoes out there slick and sleek.
I love these so much, that I, who never writes testimonials, am writing one on my favorite bike shop's website, BTD!

Sidi's are the best value for me and my large feet-nearly the only ones available in size 49. I might like to try another brand but I can't find one with the fit I need. These are heavier than many other brands but they work fine, are durable and last a long time. The current purchase replaces a pair that were 15 years old and those could probably have been nursed for a couple of more years with some repairs. Other colors would be nice but those were probably sold out in my size before the discount kicked in.

Replaced older pair of Sidis with this upgrade. After a few hundred miles, I'm sure it was a good decision. Comfortable and stiff, but most importantly, I do not ever know that I am wearing them. They are definite high performers.

I had my last pair of Sidi Genius for 9 years. Endurance, performance and quality can be expected from the Sidi Genius.

I am a long time road rider that rides for the sheer enjoyment and health aspects these days. My first pair of Sidi shoes felt like slippers, but this pair feels like it will take years to break in. The tongue seems too long and cuts into my leg.

Sadly, not made in Italy anymore. I feel a little discomfort in my arch. Very stiff under foot. Good adjustment.
