Works as Intended
I use Shimano SPD style MTB cleats since I can get in and out easier but do not like wearing MTB style shoes. So these adapters allow for the best of both worlds when I matched them up with a pair of Shimano SH-R088E road shoes. The one downside is that walking with the adapters is a little awkward.

I bought the Shimano R087 shoes and have SPD cleats. This adapter does not come with the shoes however it worked perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased !
Easy to install, like the feel for walking.

Works great to make a road shoe more walkable!
Used this for a three hole winterwaterproof road shoe. Makes the road shoe much easier to walk in with the SPD cleat on.

Works for Pearl Izumi
Took a chance to see if these would work on non-shimano shoes. They fit petty well on my pearl izumi road shoes that have the look-style three bolt pattern. The adapters also have ridges to protect cleats and prevent scratching up floors.
