love these shoes, I could order an unconventional size 43.5 that is not common with other brands. Well, These shoes are excellent, they are very stiff, light and comfortable. The white color looks great, the insole feels very nice, the arch support is a excellent feature too.

They are pricey but I was lucky to get them on sale

Great Shoe! Best fitting shoes I've owed so far. I also have a pair of Giro Empires which fit great too however on long rides it's a pain to adjust since they are laces.

These 320's were comfortable from Day 1 and are much lighter than the 220's I rode previously (hopefully, these ratchet straps won't wear out every 6 mos. like those did). This is my 4th consecutive Shimano road shoe purchase over the last 10 years - I've always loved the Shimano fit and BTD pricing made moving up to the top of the line, current model year shoe a compelling opportunity.

After getting tired of waiting on the new sworks shoes to come out in my size I decided to try the R320's and wow I'm impressed. I heard a lot of jazz about this dynalast blah blah technology etc etc. The best way to explain it is, the tighter the heel the more power transfer and efficiency gets to the wheels. Now before you say don't tell me they made you faster, no they didn't but by losing less effort after every stroke you feel fresher after every ride. The sole is every bit as stiff as the pervious sworks model and you don't have to worry about those crap dials quitting on you. Do yourself a favor and try these shoes, they come with a 60 day warranty and the price is excellent. If they have one flaw is the heel pad isn't replaceable but seems to hold up well.

I liked the way the heel cup holds your foot in very solidly. I was leary of the ratchet strap but very pleasnatly suprised. I have a medium width, high arch foot.
