My second set of these pedals. They work great and haven't given me any trouble after several seasons of commuting to work.

My first set of clip pedals, they are very easy to use and work very well. A great value for the money.

Got them on my commute bike. 20 miles roundtrip each day through Portland. They are just perfect for that. No complaints yet at all. Reflectors are nice too...

I can't use conventional SPD pedals even with the tension dialed-back, too painful for knees injured in the past, the heel-out release against any tension sends me right back to physio. These pedals solve all the problems Secure as the tightest pro pedal in every normal pedaling movement, yet they release as quick as thought, thanks to the smaller release angle (reduced from 13 degrees to only 8), click-in pressure reduced by 60% and release pressure reduced by 50% What aren't all SPDs made this way? Like having magnets on shoes and pedals. These are particularly ideal for commuting and the expeditionary touring I do in extreme and mountainous terrain, where a foot-dab makes the difference between staying on the trail and a big fall.

I am a panic stopper. I tried clipless a couple of a times in the past without success. These are working for me. They are easy to clip in/out of even if I have a bad stop. I have been using them on my road bike and plan to put them on my commuter and MTB in the near future. The only problem I have had is that they are so easy to clip in and out of that I clip out and find that I have clipped back in without intending to.
