I've had these tires for about a month. They replaced some Kenda Piedmont tires that came on my Cannondale Althea hybrid. The hurricanes are so much better! I ride mostly for fitness in an urban area. These tires roll super smooth on pavemenet. They did well on packed dirt. On grass (wet, dry, and uphill) they didn't slip at all (the Piedmonts slid all over on grass). I've ridden over some broken glass and no flats yet (Piedmonts gave me a flat within 1 week of ownership. Just make sure you get the racegaurd version of the Hurricanes with the Schwalbe flat protection level 4). I love the look and added safety of the reflective sidewall strips. The only thing negative I could say (and it's really not even negative), is that it was hard to ride with no hands at first. But with a little less air and some breaking in, even that has improved. This is a solid tire that I would recommend for a hybrid bike.

Honestly a great product. Slick down the middle so perfect for using my e-mtb for bike touring. Also handled some trail mtb very well. No complaints. Great price. Reflective rings around each side of the tire for greater visibility.

Arrived on time, a little twisted but great. Easy install. Rides very smooth compared to my old MTB knobs. The dogs can't hear me coming as easily. Off road at the state park a little slip with rear tire on steeper hills but still stable left to right. I right 75% on road so these are a great improvement. The reflective stripe looks minimal but lights up with car headlights. Would buy again.
