These fenders are very well designed and made, and will do a great job providing full coverage on a road bike with fairly shorts stays. People behind you in the paceline will thank you. However, there are a few caveats due to the fact that they are designed for a single purpose. First is that if your stays are a bit longer (cross bike, etc - mine are 420mm IIRC) you'll likely have to drill the bottom of the rear fender and space it out. Second is that they really only fit 23mm tires in most cases. If you have a lot of clearance in the fork crown you can go larger (I run 25 but on a cross frame), but make sure you take careful measurements. So, if you're planning on running these on a road frame with 23cs, then they're great (and indeed that's what PDW states rather explicitly). If you're planning on running them on something else, YMMV.

Fenders were fairly easy to install and adjust. Good directions. Even using care, the finish rubbed off a bit near the brace mounting, so it could definitely be improved.

Always challenging to mount fenders to a race bike. But I like these because they're light and sturdy. After some custom manipulation they're installed and working great.

easy to install, good aesthetics due to the single strut. safety tabs are a plus.
only complaint is I wish the 700c fenders included big mudflaps like what comes with the 650 beast model

Attached to my gravel bike to keep me dry during the rain season in the Pacific NW

Hard to rain fenders when it has not rained in weeks. I bought these fenders for a new multi-purpose bike (gravel, mud, rain, etc) in anticipation of the rainy season. They fit the bike well and I expect them will be permanently mounted as soon as the the monsoon season arrives.

I've installed multiple fenders, and this was one of the easier ones to put on. It's pricey, yes (hence the 4 stars on value), but I expect it to last longer than the plastic ones do.

Hard to have a truely universal fit. Was a little challenging fitting rear fender stays around my disc brakes. But still can't mount front fender because mounting bracket for fork is not long enough to reach the hole. Would imagine no problem with rim brake bikes.

Have had no issues thus far - just lots of great time riding outside with dry feet and ass!

I installed these fenders about a month ago. They were really simple to attach to my Specialized road bike. They look great on the bike, they aren't very noticable, and work really well. In my opinion, you wont be dissapointed if you buy these fenders.

My city bike has full time fenders. I replaced my last set with the PDWs and I could not be happier. They look classy and well built. The hardware is minimal yet highly effective. And, while the built in buddy flap is helpful for the rider it is easily removed to make way for a proper buddy flap for group rides. If you care about your bike I highly reccommend these!

I've owned a lots of fenders and these ones are it. Easy installation and they look smooth as heck! Really awesome addition to my matte pained frame and they do what they're supposed to.

Nice fenders, fairly easy to put on. Good looking-by far-over the other ones I looked at.
I was able to put 25mm tires on with my frame.

I just installed these on my Trek Pilot which has the higher clearance Shimano road brake calipers. They are beautiful, and the flaps go down low enough that you will be able to ride the local fast ride without being relegated to the back (no rooster tail)
I have no front fender mounts and the little brackets will require removal of the skewer for wheel removal but it is all pretty straightforward and so beautiful compared to the old clamp on fender mounts that I had.
I love the single strut construction (easier to move your hands around when removing the wheel) and both fenders fit superbly.

These fenders are so far and away the best fenders available for a road bike that they really put everything else to shame. They install relatively easily, fit exceptionally well, and look great. They even have a buddy flap that is goes low enough that you don't have to fasten part of an old water bottle to the bottom of your rear fender.
The fenders are all metal and very rigid. The mounting system holds the fender in place very well. About the only possible negative is that the close fit allows pine needles and leaves to get caught between the tire and fender, but this isn't hard to deal with after a ride.

Installation was a breeze. Have about 400 miles using them and there are no issues or any noise. Oh yeah, they work great as fenders. I bike in the rain in the Seattle area. Ive used SKS before and like these better.

I've had a couple sets of PDW metal fenders. My last set of 45mm fenders were a little too wide for the crown of my C3 so I went with the 37mm, which fits perfectly. Despite the specs, I'm running 32mm tires and the coverage is just fine. They've replaced the rubber flaps with plastic, which feels a little bit like a downgrade, but the plastic flaps are slightly longer and seem to provide better trailing coverage. I'm not sure how durable they will be, but so far they've been fine. Worst case I will replace with more sturdy flaps - easy enough to do with this design. Another thing that seems to have changed is the finish seems to be somehow more permeable than my previous fenders. Best way to describe it is the previous fenders would wash off really easy and these fenders seem to collect road grime a bit more. Not sure if that due to the paint - these fenders are black versus silver. Other than that, the fenders are super rigid, fairly light, and quiet. All that I'm looking for in a fender.
