I'm a cyclist and this helmet fits me perfectly

so I have a thing about helmets. POC helmets specifically. I have 7 all together and 3 are the OMNE AIR SPIN. I like this one the most because it isn't over the top in any way. It's simple, comfortable and light. The other ones are Ventrals (too much hardshell-especially in the rear) and Tactal (awesome for MTBFat) are great helmets too but the OMNE wins all day!

I have both the Poc Omne Air Spin and the Ventral Spin. Both are great helmets, although I prefer the Omne Air Spin. Why? I recently crashed at 30 mph and the helmet performed exactly as designed I walked away and my helmet was totalled. I like the less bulky profile of the Omne. You can't go wrong with either helmet. The Omne works as promised and it's a great value!

Fitting the helmet is easy with the, now standard, adjustable setting liner. This brand has finer gradation settings for the adjustment. I went all white and it feels cooler in summer than my other helmet. It is an interesting brand with value at the entry level.

I ordered a small and it's the best form fitting, light, comfortable helmet I've ever had. It's better than the more expensive ones I've bought. Easy to adjust and stays put.

The POC Omne Air SPIN helmet is light, well-ventilated, and POC has the best straps of all the helmets I've owned.

This helmet is easy. Open the box and put it on. It fits as well on me, as any helmet I've had over the last 30 years.

Good looking helmet with a quality feel. A touch on the heavy side but with POC you know its safe.

Ear straps are not adjustable. They can be moved fore and aft, but cannot be lowered. Consequently, either the yoke or the straps on my Large helmet sit atop my ears. This is either poor design or the straps and helmet were mismatched in manufacture. An excellent helmet ruined.

The POC One Air Spin has proved to be an excellent helmet to replace my aging decade-old Giro MTB model. I didn't want a clumsy, oversize head ornament for touring, and this helmet fit the bill. Compact, economical and very very comfortable.

I cracked my Octal Raceday in a crash (thank you POC!), and purchased the Omne to replace. Fit for medium feels snugger than the Octal, but still shaped ok for my head. Straps are different in the rear. They attach higher up inside and are not molded in. Bottom line, nicely finished, quality feel, but different than the Octal.

I love this helmet but the strap around the ear is a bit shot and does not go below my earlobes.
