I bought these to replace some specialized carbon soled shoes. I was very disappointed after my first 40 mile ride as they were not as stiff and we are prone to hotspots. I switched them out to be my spin class shoes because I dont think they would hold up to hundred mile rides.

Good as advertised with the dual option of SPD for MTB or ROAD bike.
Some people recommend to buy half size more than your normal shoe size, this did not work for me the was too large.

I've had the shoes for a few months now and am very happy with them on my road bike. They are exactly as described and the fit is accurate and true. I LOVE the BOA fastener system too!
I will say this, I could have used a bit more arch support but slipping a simple, padded insole into the shoes made them a perfect fit.
These are the first shoes I've ridden with Look-style cleats, having used SPD (MTB) pedals for a decade or more. While those make walking easier, these shoes offer better weight distribution on the pedals. This pretty much eliminates 'hot spots' and goes a long way toward reducing stress on the ball of the foot.
I believe these shoes are a great value and am very pleased with my purchase.

These shoes are great. The BOA system is really convenient and you can adjust the tension while riding. The sole is nice and stiff. The only complaint I have is that the cleat is completely exposed which makes walking difficult and can mar wood floors indoor. Haven't tested them in really hot weather to see how cool they are.
