I have used Look Keo Grip Replacement Cleats in gray for years. Decided to switch to black to take out the float. Really like these better once the position is dialed-in exactly.

I love the solid secure feel of Look peddles and cleats. Only time I want something else is if find myself needing to walk very far in them.

The Keo replacement kit was received shortly and it fit perfectly on the bike shoes. It took about 15 min to screw on each.

I've been a Look user since they came out in the early eighties and I switched over to the KEO pedals when they replaced the originals. I like to keep a couple of extra sets of cleats in my garage just in case the ones that I'm wearing become too worn that they disengage too easily and then I can replace them quickly and stay on my bike without first running to the store and buying new ones. The varying degree of rotation works great for me and the large amount of cleat/pedal contact area makes long and hilly rides quite comfortable.

I love that ican walk across my kitchen floor in these cleats and not feel like I am ice skating. Much better than the non-grip version!

Purchased as replacements after approx. 6K miles of use. Decent wear overall although the rubber pads on the bottom of the cleats wear down rapidly. Where I typically ride does require frequent clipping/unclipping due to traffic lights. I'm satisfied with the overall life of the cleats but, again, the grip pads could be more robust.

They are expensive, but I really like these, in that, when pushing off to start the cleat does not slip on the road.

Easy to install with good instructions. The cleats provide good contact between shoes and pedals at any speed.

These are great, especially in hilly city traffic where one's foot easily slips when wearing the other Look cleats. I learned to appreciate the no slip of these when trying to get started on steep hills. On the downside, the rubber gripper does not last as long as I think it should.

I love the new pads that make it a lot easier to walk and save the cleats from cleats from wear and tear.

Nabbed these as a Daily Special and couldn't be happier. I've used Keo grip cleats for about a year. They hold up well to occasional walking (better than gripless cleats) and don't necessitate me carrying cleat covers if I want to stop midway on a ride. They engage/disengage with my pedals properly without any trouble.

I've used these off and on for a couple years (alternating with standard Look cleats). The non-slip bumpers are great if you have to walk on slippery surfaces (hardwood, tile, painted concrete). I also have the Look cleat covers but those are a hassle if you just need to get out the door quickly, and are one more small, pricey accessory that I'll easily lose.
Price is a little steep versus standard Look cleats, but not bad if you buy a BTD special. Squeaking hasn't been a problem for me. A little Bike Lust or WD-40 on the pedalcleat contact points helps, in my experience.

I not only like how these cleats are non slip when walking around on woodtile flooring etc, I also like how they give me less float in the pedals. I've used the same 4 degree gray cleats for years, and have noticed a difference in float with and without the grips in the cleat.

I love the look cleats but I am always going through the plastic. I am hoping these will last longer because of the extra rubber.
