Very nice details. Sturdy and just large enough. Acts as a if you're caught in a rain shower. Perfect for dawn to dusk rides when you're not sure what you'll need or encounter.

I was really excited about this bag for long rides because it has its own integrated rack. It installed easily. Unfortunately, the first time I used the shock cord on top of the bag to attach my jacket, it broke. Shortly thereafter, one of the rubber grommets holding the shock cord broke. The bag itself seems fairly sturdy, but the cord on top and its grommets are too flimsy for $94, and sadly, there is no way to fix it that I can see. The rain cover is fairly bulky and takes up much of the inside storage space. If possible, I am going to return this bag and exchange it for something else.

I've ridden with Koki seatpost bags for a decade. This is my current bag. It's their best design to date and solves a lot of problems with this mounting method - but not all. YES, the clamp does not generate enough pressure to keep the bag from rotating when you try to support your bike against a wall with it. YES, it's a deep bag and best used with 54 cm or larger frames, because it works best with the clamp against the seat post height adjuster clamp. You could put some friction tape on the inside of the clamp, but you don't want to scratch the seat tube. YES, the bungie eyelets are too weak and, being molded into the top, can't be repaired or worked around if they fail. But it works well in the main, and being able to remove it from the bike with a flick of a lever and take it with you is quite nice. An adventuring bag this is not - think of it as a great dayrider bag for the road.

Has marvelous capacity, but tends to swing from side to side and to slide down the seat post. If you have a fender or a rack under it no problem, but if you don't it will slide down and eventually hit your tire. The side to side movement can be especially annoying when you're putting your bike in the back of the car for transport. The only way I was able to stop the sliding down was to put a plastic automotive style clamp on the seat post under the bag. I was never able to find a way to keep it from swinging back and forth.
