Effective at letting people know you're approaching.
Loud and effective. I have both the large and small but prefer the louder large. I like the adjustability of the ringer.

Great little bell
Great bell. Easy to mount. Gets people's attention very well. I ride I New York city where bells and lights front and back are the law (you can get a nasty ticket!). It also takes up little room on the bars and I have it tilted forward so it looks a little less dorky. Got it for my sons who are in their early 20s and they actually think its cool to have this bell.
