Compact in size and a great energy booster!

I am very impressed with this product. I use it on my long rides, it is very effect. Good price and very compact.

I prefer Gu over other gels & energy bars. I seem to be able to absorb the nutrients well & I get reenergized quickly. So many flavors & BTD has them at a great price.

I'm a loyal Guy guy and BTD has best price and no hassles.

I depend on these GU energy gels for my pre-ride and recharge along the route. They are hard to find in the flavor I prefer and very expensive. Buying this box on sale beat the retail price greatly!

These are good gel packs for last miles pick-me-up.

We tried out the Salted Caramel. It only has the taste of a hint of vanilla. Consistency is OK, not too thick.

I've tried different brands and flavors but GU salted caramel is my favorite.

I use these on just about every ride. Recently completed another century ride with this reliable nutrition.

I use this product as a snack when on rides of two hours or less

I have to say I am not a big gel fan. This one tastes ok and keeps me going, all in a small package

Gu isn't necessarily my favorite gel as I tend to prefer the more watery gels, but it's one I always have on hand because the value is decent and flavors are great.

I like the gu for a snack on one hour rides

A good boost on a 50 mile ride.

I use 2 Gu's and if I haven't eaten recently I have a Cliff Bar too.

That keeps my energy up on the last 45 min home stretch.

It tastes great and does the job. What more could I ask from an energy gel?

Gu has always given me a boost, the price gave me even more of a good boost

Of all of the energy gels, GU are consistently my favorite. I don't think they work any better or worse than anyone else's product. I just prefer the flavor and consistency of GU gels to the other options.

I like the cola mid- or immediately post-ride to ward off the bonk demons :)
