Purchased the highlight yellow for safety and visibility on the road. It is light, comfortable and straps are easy to adjust. Pads are a bit fuller than my older Giro helmets, but not noticeable while wearing. Locks down snug. The detachable visor is nice for keeping the hot summer sun off my face, but the look isn't dorky even for a road cyclist. I am complimented by other cyclists saying that I am very visible. Just what I wanted!

I hate to be the only one to not like this helmet but I honestly didn't like the thin, scratchy straps SO much that I returned the helmet. I liked the fit and the Highlight Yellow color of the medium I bought, but no matter how many times I tried making the perfect strap adjustments, I could not enjoy this helmet due to the straps. I really wanted to like it because of the great ventilation and the superb visibility on the road, due to the the bright color, but it was a no-go for me.

I ended up with a Bell Sweep in medium for a perfect, ventilated fit, and soft enough, thicker straps.

Awesome color! Giro Pneumo is my favorite.

I commute to work daily year around and believe this helmet will improve my safety.

My wife and I have been using Pneumo helmets for many years. They are reasonably light, well ventilated and have a good fit.

Good fit. The roc-loc is super easy and results in a great fit. Matte black with black decals looks really sharp. Vents allow helmet lights to be mounted lower in front for a less geeky look.

Great deal I got through Cyclocross.com...just in time for the Steve Kane Cyclocross Series at the Psych Center! Helmet fits as though Giro used my head for the mold. Snug and stays put! The RocLoc 5 retention system is lightweight and keeps a great hold on my bean. The padding inside is super cushy and wicks moisture away from the scalp. What's also a nice convenience is the visor...comes in handy during rain or in the bright sun. Have always used a visor...road or mountain. The camo paint scheme is off the hook too!

Great fit, very comfortable and at an affordable price. Perfect amount or air vents, lightweight and the RocLoc retention system was easy to adjust. Giro recently brought this model back into production and I'm glad that they did. Overall, I am extremely happy with this helmet. I recently had a nasty crash and was wearing a Giro Helmet. The helmet didn't survive the crash but I did - therefore, I purchased another one.

I've owned a few other giro helmets and have found all to be above average in the comfortweight department. This helmet is no different than my previous ones.

very easy to size for individual use, relatively light and done in neat colors. A fine value for fondos and other riding.
