I purchased a pair of these tires to replace my old Vittoria Rubino Slicks (which are no longer manufactured). I rode them for about a month before I had a puncture in the front tire. The puncture was really small, something that my old Rubino Slicks would've ridden through with no problem. I ruined 2 tubes trying to get home. I'm going to try Vredestein Gran Fondo tires next.

I am currently on my second set of tires. I was IMPRESSED to get over 800 miles on this set before showing signs of wear. I am over 150 pounds, so I can go through some tires. My previous pair of slicks only made it to 250 miles. And I always get a great price at my local bike with my discount! If you want long rides with any worry, this is your tire!

I like this tire. I was looking for an alternative to the Continental Grand Prix 4 season for non-racing mileage. It does not have all the same features, but it was the price I was looking for. I have no complaints with this tire. Handle wet and dry conditions well, and is not wearing too fast. I have not had any punctures while riding these, and no large nicks have appeared in the tread from my daily riding in a variety of road conditions. Like I said in my summary if you like Continental you'll like this tire. I'd certainly buy it again.

Long time user of Conti Ultra Sport II. Thought I would try some of these. Ride is on the harsh side, even when lowering the psi a tad. Wear like iron, no sign of wear at 1000 mi. I picked up a slight wobble with my rear wheel when on smooth, flat roads (which I don't have many of). The wheel appeared true. After about two weeks I pulled off the rear wheel and put it on a truing stand. It was about as true as I could get it. I pulled off the tire and replaced it with an old Michelin Lithion 2 , which was about half shot. No more rear wheel wobble. My only presumption is the tire was defective, although I have never encountered something like this before. The tire was not damaged and had no bulges. Must have been a defective tire. Back to the Michelin Lithion 2's for me.

Road riding and touring. If you buy the 28mm the tires may not fit unless your frame has good clearance.

Over a thousand miles on these tires front and back and no sign of wear. Plus, the performance of these tires is excellent. I will be purchasing more when needed.
