I have been riding on continental tires for many years. This is my first time with the 4000 II tires, size 25. They ride smooth, corner great and no flats after 1200 miles. I highly recommend these tires, especially when they are on sale!

No more flats! I switched to these 5 years ago on mine and my wifes bike. I done run them till you see wind, but 2500 plus, depending on when a big race falls and on issues. Probably not the lightest but Im not the fastest either.

We use these tires on all of our road and tri bikes. They perform great in dry or wet conditions and live up to their reputation for handling, tread life and puncture resistance.

I now use this tire exclusively. I really like the grip and durability. The only downside in my opinion is the thin walls. You need to be careful when riding off road, even fro brief stretches. Sharp rocks will cutdamge the sidewall.

Great tire. Been riding them for years. Only problem has been a few sidewall cuts. Now that the 5000 is out, there should be some good sales on the 4000. Stock up.

Riding five days a week requires an above average set of tires. The Continental Grand Prix, 4000 S IIs, made through a Bike Tires recommendation, fit the bill. These 25cc tires, as in the product description, hug the road, providing a high sense of assurance on well paved to broken pavement terrain. I have used these for a month and am impressed with the feel when on riding a flat, descending, and cornering. Being able to inflate these at a lower psi allows me to take on more varied roads and surfaces than with prior brands of tires. I look forward to using these for many months.

These are the tires I use for both my bikes. Easily get 2000 miles on each tire. Last long , good grip and a great value

I ride 12 months a year in the messy northeast, putting on about 3,000 miles per year. Have had one flat in four years. The tires are tough but roll better than anything I've ever ridden. They handle so well that I find myself unconsciously going faster on turns. Great tires.

The tires have much better grip than the stock tires and the bike feels more stable.

Very smooth riding tire. Have been using since 2016. Have gotten between 2000 and 5000 miles per tire.

I have used Conti 4000 for I would say over 20 years. They have always performed and lasted exceptionally well. And there's a lot to be said for a tire that's been around that long!!

Two months, two races, and about a 1K mile later... These tires are fantastic. Used mostly on paved roads. Will buy them again.

Great road tire. Has outlasted any other tire I've owned

The tires have great rolling resistance. Have not had a single flat with 1500 miles on new tires. Tires still look brand new.

The tires are wearing well, grip well and are comfortable.

Ive been using these for awhile now and I am very happy with them. I recently tried the Attacks but the road cut them up bad, probably not the tires fault. I am back to the 4000s though, better karma.
