I ride about 180-200 miles per week on my own most of the time. This tire is very good at resisting puncture and has a great wear ingredient without compromising performance. I've been riding for more than 25 years and have always had the best of experiences on Conti tires.

I use the Continental Grand Prix 4-Season for winter road riding. The rubber compound seems to be sticker then most road tires I have used and a good tread pattern all the way into the center of the tire for water displacement. I have 1000 miles so far with very little wear. I should be able to get another 2 to 3 thousand miles on these tires.

We have used several different continental tires on tandems and this one stands out. The tires last for more miles and provide a better ride than any other tires used.

Best tire on the market from price to performance points.

Since switching to this brand and the 4season model I would never go back. Offered in a variety of width these beauties can handle it all. The tyres leave me feeling confident in all conditions but there puncture resistance is by far their best quality. its well worth the investment.

I've used these tires for the last 3 fall, winter, and springs, and have yet to have a flat tire even though I've ridden through snow, ice, and various debris. Each season I've put over 3000 miles on them before replacing them, even though I could have ridden them much longer. I Love these Tires and biketiresdirect is the best place to buy them for the price and their great service.

I bought these tires to have better traction in cold weather and still had flat protection. These tires roll smoothly and have better traction in wet weather than my Gator Skins. I got these at a great bargain when they were on sale and bought them for my single speed commuter bike.

Very good value for the endurance rider or commuter. Grip has been good and I've had no flats so far. My previous tires were Gatorskins, which had good puncture resistance but subpar grip. The GP 4-seasons have the endurance of the Gatorskin with more grip, exactly what I was looking for. Time will tell if the tread wears quickly or slowly, but I am happy so far.

700 X 25 80 psi fast but comfortable. Roll easy up steep climbs, confident through winter road debris and safe bombing down hills at 70 mph. Couldn't ask for more.

I use these in a 700C28mm size on my every day training bike, and never have to worry about weather, debris, train tracks, punctures or excessive wear. They are comfortable and still quite responsive. I wish I could go even wider, but my frame is not made for that. More than 6000 km on my first set and I'm just getting around to change.

I ride a Hybrid for fitness and ride approximately 60 - 100 miles per week. Biking mainly on paved trails and road riding. They grip better in the rain than any other tire I've ridden. I rode almost 3000 miles in 2017 and changed tires twice before purchasing these...much happier now. NO complaints yet!

Great all around tire - durable for winter riding

I run the Grand Prix 4000 II in the summer and I think there great. I put these Grand Prix Four Seasons on for my winter tires. I'm running 28x700 and the role wonderfully. I can run less pressure in them. I think their also Great. I like the tread pattern of the tires and they have performed great so far. I have 500 miles on them so far and their wearing just fine.

Ive been riding these tires for 5 - 6 years. I have used 23s, 25s and most recently 28s on my road bikes. Im a pretty big guy at 62 and 210 lbs. and ride on mostly crappy roads. I usually get around 3k miles per set and often wear out a pair with no flats. I would guess I average less than 1 flat per set. Grip, speed, etc. are fine. If you want to spend your time riding and not changing flats, I recommend these tires. They are pricey at retail but well worth it. Catch them on sale at BTD and they are a steal.

bought for my touring bike, good gripping and feel so far

Been using these tires for about five years with only a little experience with other tires, so I can't compare well. Have also ridden Continental Gatorskins and Vittoria Open Corsa III (?). The GP 4-Season seems to be a good blend of puncture protection and grip. I liked the feel of the Vittorias, but did get more flats and they wore out quickly, while the Gatorskins seemed to ride harder. I use the 25 mm width on HED C2 rims on a road bike and about 90% on pavement, 10% on gravel. I get punctures, but not too many, even with the gravel riding. That said, I seem to get more flats now than I did a few years ago - maybe the Vectran strip is thinner?

4000 miles, no flats, faster at high pressures, comfy at lower pressures, just ordered my next set

Bought 32mm. Big, soft, and cushy while still being really fast rolling. Big improvement over my original Bontrager Hard Cases at about half the weight. Easy to mount too.

Just purchased my second set. From smooth pavement to hard-packed dirt roads, these have performed well throughout the year. Not the fastest tire out there. But, from 4600ft to over 12,000ft, mile after mile, I have no complaints.
