I bought this cap to replace an older team cap I had that was way too thick in a few areas where the panels came together and gave me headaches after an hour from my helmet jamming them into my skull. With regards to that, this cap is not a problem. Very thin, doesn't impact my helmet fit a whole lot and no thick sections where the panels are joined. It's adequately warm on the front panel, breathes well but you will still get a little sweaty if you're working hard. Only drawback that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that the ear and neck flap is a little short. I would have liked another half inch to really cover the bottoms of my ears and back of my neck on really cold days. Other than that, this cap is really nice.
