Excellent shorts. Very comfortable. One drawback is that they run a little small.

My old bibs were shot. Bought these and the fit and comfort are exceptional. After 1 ride I bought a second pair.

My second pair of these bib shorts as I really liked the first. A pretty great value in fit and finish, and the chamois is super comfortable. Leg grippers are very grippy and stay in place. True to size as far as I can tell- got medium and I'm 5-10 and 160.

I have worn many different Castelli bibs over the years and prefer the Kiss chamois to all others no matter the cost. I have worn the Velocissimo bibs since they were released but sadly are now discontinued. However, the Competizione seems to be an updated version of the Velocissimo. Same great chamois same great fit! To be clear I am 5'7" 140lbs and wear a small. I my opinion the size chart from Castelli are spot on! Castelli bibs and jerseys for that matter are an athletic fit for compression and performance. If you want loose riding apparel wear baggies and trail jerseys.

Only early issue was shoulder straps a bit snug, but after couple rides I submitted.

Fabric is prime for hot weather!

I usually wear XL but since loosing weight decided to get large. Took a ride to get them broken in but fits nicely and the camo is great.
