Functional, nice hardware assortment
Just the right length, a little longer than stock hardware that came with my rack (a decade ago), which allowed me to level out my rack when before it had tilted in.
Nice assortment of hardware including allen bolts and hex nuts while my rack came with phillips screws that stripped out.
Not much more to say, worked for me, good price.
