Admittedly this has only been used for a few weeks' riding -- but i'm mad i didn't do this sooner. been running an old Giro Savant forever, bc... 'it worked,' and this is so much more comfortable, and the MIPS cradle is the best fitting/most comfortable i've even tried on. LED is so bright i only use it at dusk, or when an extra "HEEYYYY!!!!" is needed. this was an absolute steal at the sale price.

my only 'con' in a wash of pros is that there's no rubber band, or anything else to secure the chin-straps, once you've adjusted the fit, so they loosen pretty quickly. but barring that mild annoyance, this is a total win.

I like the idea and the sale price was great but the light hasn't worked since day 1. Have been thinking it was something to do with the charging cable but after multiple attempts with different cables - this one is a no go. Wish I would have know before I purchased. Hopefully I can return. I think it's been 30 days as of today since I placed the order.

The helmet is easily adjusted and fits great. It's very comfortable. The LED light on the rear is useless. It won't hold a charge and when it does it lasts 15 minutes. Don't buy the helmet for the light.

The helmet doesn't glow like advertised, i though that's ok there's a light on the back to keep me illuminated at night, but after a couple months the lights dead and I can't find any options to replace it. Comfortable and nice otherwise

I have owned Bell helmets for 40 years. A few definitely did their job when they had to. The Ghost reflecting feature, integrated rear light and in my case, hi-vis yellow hopefully all provide those proactive add-on's so that vehicles will see you that much easier. Much better option than having to test your helmet's head protection. Great to have both!

Helmet is comfortable, well ventilated and highly visible - day or night.

First helmet with LED light in it. It's rechargeable too.

In theory battery lasts 2.5 hours in steady, 5 hours in strobe and 10 hours in pulse. I always use pulse and recharge after 4 or 5 hours. Charges in one hour. While charging steady red light. When charged light turns green. Easy on off. I only use light when on public roads.

I bought this as a birthday present for my husband last year as he rides a lot and he loves hi-vis yellow. He did not own a helmet previously and I was unsure if he would wear this one but I loved the color. He does seem to wear frequently on his solo rides but never wears it when we ride together. Recently we decided to head out on a ride together and I decided to try his helmet out. I was really surprised at how comfortable it was and forgot about it by the end of the ride. I plan on wearing it on my next ride as well.
