This is once of the nicest looking stem out there. but a pain to put on the bike. The issue is the 4 rear-facing allen bolts securing the faceplate to the stem - they are difficult to tighten or loosen once the stem is on the bike. I had to tighten all 4 bolts to securely attach the handlebar to the stem before putting the stem onto and steerer tube. These 4 bolts, especially the 2 above, are almost impossible to tighten or loosen once the stem is on the bike, make adjustments such as rotating the handlebar upward or downward nearly impossible unless you remove the stem from the steerer tube.

Needed to extend stem for more aero position. With 3T 130 stem I was able to accomplish this. Stems this long are hard to find; 3T and Biketiresdirect had what I needed.
