The Rocket Pocket XL from Xlab-USA is an aerodynamic strap mounted nutrition bag that fits snugly over the top tube, tucked behind the head tube and stem. Strategically placed smooth low friction exterior skin reduces drag while non-slip surfaces underneath the bag and on the front grip the top tube and back of the stem to keep the bag firmly in place. With an insulated interior, nutrition wont melt and smartphones are safe from overheating.

I like the XLAB top-tube bags. They are lightweight, aerodynamic, and provide easy access. No more stopping, getting off my bike, unzipping my under-the-saddle bag, rooting around and hoping nothing falls out. I got the Stealth Pocket 100 for my race day bike. I tried the Stealth Pocket 400c for my training bikes but found it too narrow to hold my training day needs. I returned it and got the Rocket Pocket XL. It has room to hold my emergency tire stuff, my flip phone, hydration packs, with room to spare! And it sits below the top of my headsets for good aerodynamics!
I bought this to hold my phone and identification when I wasn't wearing a jersey with pockets. It isn't big enough to hold my phone, but does the job holding identification. There are other ways to deal with my phone, so I'm okay with the size it is. The bag attaches easily and securely, and seems to be of good quality. Just be advised that it is small and won't hold most phones.
I can't believe how much stuff I can cram into this bag! I'm an ultra cyclist and often need to carry 1000's of calories with me to fuel my rides. Seriously, this thing is like Mary Poppins carpet bag, I can keep stuffing things in to it and it stays nice and slim and aero. Easy to open. Occasionally a little hard to zip closed because I've got it stuffed so full. Great product!
I measured in advance the things I would need to carry in this bag. I chose it in part because the advertised measurements would work for me. Snugly, but work. Well, unfortunately, the advertised width is not correct. It's listed as being 5.1 cm, or about 2-inches. Two inches would have worked for me but the actual width is about 4.1 cm max, or 1 5/8 inches. Not a big difference but enough so that my wallet and a crunched-up spare tube wouldn't fit. And big enough difference for anyone else to take into consideration if they're thinking of buying. The build of the bag seems just fine so I'm just docking one star. It's the width that's the problem. The height and length measurements are fine.
