Add Power Measurement To Your eTap AXS Group
SRAM has taken the reliability, elegance, and features of Quarq's legendary crank-based power meter and dropped the barrier to entry once again. This new power meter platform is entirely contained within the DUB spindle for clean integration that fits more bikes than ever.
The upgrade is an invisible technology that adds minimal weight and will help you get to the finish line faster. It can also be used to upgrade any eTap AXS bike to power.

Reviews
Relatively simple upgrade (ideally you need a torque wrench) and provides accurate power numbers for a fraction of the cost of other systems. Equally, you can run any pedal system (road vs mtb, shimano spd vs crankbrothers vs keo etc). Pedal based power meter might be more versatile in switching between bikes, but that method means you are tied to a specific cleat system (does not exclude changing pedal body but that is costly and time consuming). So I have been running this power meter upgrade for several months with no data issues, drop outs or spurious numbers so very happy and would recommend.
I don't race, this was bought as a tool to show how my fitness has improved. For that its fantastic, easy to install and setup. The data flows well on my 1030 plus. To top it off the axs app is wonderful. So many good devices are let down by bad apps, not here.
If you're a serious competitive racer your better off with a dual sided meter. For those of us just looking to get healthier and have data to support that, its perfect.
Installed on my new Niner RLT RDO with SRAM Rival. Works like a charm. Easy to set up. I use a Wahoo Elemnt Bolt computer, integrated without any issues. Had it installed by the bike shop for $20 as I did not have a big torque wrench.
I was attracted to this power meter because once installed it is unnoticable and adds roughly 35 gms. I like the power info but also like the cadence which I find more usefull while riding.
I've had power meters before, but so far I think I like this one the best, if for nothing else it works great and it's a better value than others I've purchased. I haven't had it long enough where I've had to change the battery or recalibrate it yet, but so far, thumbs up on this nice little unit.
Easy to install and setup. My power meter was probably a returned unit the way it was packaged, but for the price Im happy. No dropouts in power or head-unit connection. Also appreciate the aaa battery over coin cell battery.
