The SILCA Grinta 2L-5L Roll Top Saddle bag combines the power of the Boa® Closure system with a unique internal frame structure capable of expanding between 2 and 5 liters while maintaining maximum security and stability.
The bag combines welded construction and a roll-top design ensuring 100% waterproof performance, and a clever air bleed valve allows excess air to be purged from the bag to minimize bulk. Combining the internal frame concept and Boa® Closure provides significantly improved stability compared to other designs, eliminating the need for external stabilizers or additional straps.
"Grinta" is an Italian word that roughly translates to grit, determination or tenacity. It is often used to describe someone's resilience, toughness, or perseverance, particularly in the face of challenges or adversity; perfect for Silca's range of adventure bags.

The Silca Grinta is as good as it gets. It even utilizes the BOA system. Aside from the super high price, the only issue is that my leg makes contact with the bag often. Slightly annoying. I think they could have trimmed the narrowness a bit more to avoid contact. I didn't need another saddle bag but wanted it to match my top tube bag from Silca. Yeah, I'm OCD....
