Reviews
Nice quality sock, but I was looking for a warmer Merino wool sock like the kind that Pearl Izumi used to make. This one is summer weight, and can be worn in late spring, early fall, when you don't want the sock to provide any warmth. Good for bike shoes that do not have room for a thicker sock.
This is a good sock for shorter rides but it's a bit tight and compressive in nature to wear all day (size 10 foot--my ankles aren't skinny, but not tree trunks either), though an excellent sock for a 2-4 hour ride in coolish to warm and/or wet conditions. It's holding up well, and the material is nice and thin for warmer temps, though not 90F plus. It is well made and on sale was a great value.
