This is my second pair of this particular pedal after riding the very first model for roughly seven seasons without issue on my TT bikes. Super light and consistent entry and exit. My only quibble was that my latest pair mistakenly came with the super-stiff 16nm spring instead of what should have been the 12nm. I contacted Look and they immediately overnighted me the correct spring and were genuinely concerned about tracing how the mistake happened. Also, BTD with their great customer service offered to replaced them right away, but I told them that Look already had the correct springs on the way. It was a five-minute job to swap. The 16s are almost impossible to get out of, especially in a hurry.
