The Lezyne Aero Energy Caddy is a sleek, aero top-tube mounted bike bag ideal for quick access to nutrition for endurance and gravel racers. It's constructed from durable woven nylon and is equipped with three simple Velcro straps to fit a variety of bicycles.
A zippered opening provides easy access to its 0.7-liter storage capacity, in addition to quick access side pockets. Two rivets in the base of the bag allow it to be bolted to bikes equipped with threaded top tube mounting bosses, and the straps are removable. Fully water-resistant, its clean, streamlined look complements today's modern bicycles.

This might be my favorite bag I've purchased. Only had it a couple months, so we'll see how it holds up but so far, no complaints. I love the attention to detail - little things like the loop on the zipper that makes one-handed access a snap, the rigid (carboard?) inserts beneath the fabric on the sides that keeps it aero, not allowing it to bulge out. Have ridden with it in the rain a few times and no water got inside. It won't fit my iPhone 12 at any angle, but I didn't buy it for that. My bike doesn't have the top-tube mount so I use the velcro straps and the supplied foam cover to protect the top tube. Right now, I keep a Lezyne Sport Drive HP, a few tire levers, a crank bros multitool, a quick link, some cash, and a ziplock bag of various snacks with room to spare. I keep my phone in my back pocket or out front on a mount, and my spare tubes in a mini saddle bag. My last top tube bag that the zipper broke on after about a year was the Bontrager Pro Speed Box. I was annoyed that the velcro straps on that bag were on the inside of the bag, meaning I had to empty the bag to remove it. I also hated how that bag's sides would bulge out if it was too full. It is as if Lezyne knew my top tube bag woes and set out to fix them with this bag. Highly recommended!
It fits a few gels and snacks and with a little persuasion my phone/otter box comfortably. I'm running it bolted on and had a bit of a fight to get it cinched down since the holes were just a little off from the mounting points on my bike even though they have an plenty of adjustment with the slots in the bag. I chalk that up to my specific frame and not the bag.
If you want a small bag for bars or gloves that is in easy reach then this bag is perfect. My bike has top tube braze ons and this bag works with those. It is well made.
It's defintly sleek, but that means that anything very bulky won't fit so well. But for carrying a small amount of things on your top tube, it's works well. Does not seem that stable after mounting but totally solid while riding. Also the straps matched up well with my Panda custom frame bag.
Really like ability to attach to top bar with screws. Plenty big for this easy quick access nutrition and phone if you want. Sleek and classic. Do wish it zipped opposite. open toward handle bars.
