For riders who demand a stiff, responsive fork without unnecessary weight, the Fox Factory 36 SL brings big-fork confidence to modern Trail bikes. At just 1755g (29" 140mm GRIP X), the 36 SL offers 20% greater torsional stiffness than the 34 while expanding your trail bike's capabilities.

Designed for 130-140mm travel, the 36 SL delivers the perfect blend of stiffness, compliance, and lightweight performance. The FLOAT Glidecore air spring decouples the stanchion from the air shaft to maintain smooth travel even under bending loads from speed or rider weight. And the GRIP X Damper combines excellent descending performance with an easy-access firm mode for pedaling efficiency.

New to this fork, the Air Spring Top Cap is now compatible with a standard Shimano cassette tool for simple volume adjustments. Plus the mudguard is now mounted to the arch and seal flanges instead of bleeder ports for improved durability and aesthetics.
