High Quality Combined With Durability For A Truly Unforgettable Ride
Soled with high-friction Stealth rubber to grip your platform pedals, the comfortable and supportive Five Ten Freerider mountain bike shoes transition from the bike park to the pub with ease. Adding subtle styling to technological features makes for a shoe built to shred the gnarliest of trails. In a world of neon trimmings and flashy personalities, these shoes are a contrast of muted colors that let your riding skills take center stage.
Five Ten's non-marking Stealth Phantom rubber was developed for rock climbing shoes. As such, it has excellent grip, which makes it super easy to keep your feet on the pedals. It's also super durable, which isn't a surprise since you have to suffer through some wear and tear in order to get the adrenaline pumping. Even though these shoes have to endure the prodding from the metal spikes on your pedals all day, the Stealth® Rubber can take it. Five Ten Stealth Rubber soles will outlast the gum rubber sole on a conventional skate shoe every time and stick better to your pedals.
The Women's Freerider Shoes have all the style that you want and the bomber sole that you need to land big tricks without blowing your feet. The uppers are made of brushed leather and mesh panels, and the toe box is reinforced to provide added protection if you lose it in mid-air. When it comes to a shoe that refuses to hold you back, nothing feels better on the feet than the women's specific Freerider.

Reviews
Good shoes at a great price. Good base for flat MTB pedals and suitable arch support. One thing to note is these do not shed water particularly well- got totally saturated when caught out in a deluge during a ride. Granted we haven't put any dry treatment on these shoes, but be warned that this is a possibility.
These are great for flat biking pedals. The nubs really work, which I'm very pleased about. And they look like regular athletic shoes. Another plus. I hope they last a long time.
I'm am not a fan of clipping in. I do appreciate a shoe with a somewhat sticky bottom that grips the pins on my pedals. This show is it! It wears good, lasts a long time, and is comfortable for wearing out and about. I'm a big fan of Five Ten and I am sorry to see this teal/aqua color discontinued. But every year Five Ten introduces more color combinations, so I will continue to order this shoe.
These check all the boxes and do so with comfort. They absolutely work great with the nubs on the pedal platforms. They resist water and are super comfortable - both on and off the bike. If asked if I would recommend them to a friend, yes!
