The Trailcross range was designed to deliver maximum flat pedal performance on the bike. This was then refined with hiking in mind, bringing the additional ridged grip to the toe and heel. That makes the Five Ten Trailcross GTX Mountain Bike Shoe perfect for your next adventure.
A hi-top design allows for use in more extreme conditions alongside GORE-TEX® waterproof technology for all-weather protection. For reliable contact points, the EVA midsole provides comfort without losing the all-important pedal stability. This shoe utilizes a reinforced upper for added stability, while a neoprene hook and loop ankle cuff helps to keep debris out.
The Trailcross GTX will keep your feet dry no matter the conditions. The modified toe and heel delivers traction you can rely on, while a secure cuff is perfect for drizzly rides. The Stealth® outsole is made from a dual compound for grippy performance.

This was my first order with BikeTiresDirect. Great price and service. Very pleased with Trailcross they fit great and stick to my Deity and RaceDace flats like glue , better than older 5/10s. I've been out in 15degF and feet stayed warm with wool socks.
I actually do not use these on a bicycle. I'm not a mountain biker but I used to be and I used to always ride the flat pedals with 510 shoes. I wanted a pair of these boots because I ended up using my 510 shoes for hiking and all kinds of things like that. They are light and they are comfortable and waterproof and just the thing when it's not winter but a little bit of chill is in the air.
