Don't let a bit of bad weather force you back to sitting in traffic jams! The Endura Urban Luminite Waterproof Pants II have a clear purpose to make riders more visible on the road and protect you from the elements to ensure the city streets are a pleasure to ride.
The waterproof trouser uses a proprietary 2.5-layer breathable fabric achieves a fantastic balance of performance, weight, and durability for everyday cycling. The lightweight design then receives a durable water repellant finish, which is PFC-free and non-toxic. A storm flap at the leg combines with the Velcro® adjusters to keep rain from entering at the ankle.
This all-new, fully waterproof wet weather pant features masses of strategically placed 360° reflective panels and a host of clever details including the adjustable length legs, zip opening ankles for easy on/off, and a zip fly and secure elasticated waist for a great fit.

I've been wearing these pants on every ride here in Alaska. They're perfect. Block the wind well and the velcro closures work great to keep the pants out of my chain. Sizing seems accurate too.
After having these for one month's worth of commutes in very light rain they are definitely not a waterproof pant as stated in the first line of the Endura description. Fantastic reflective elements for fall/winter commutes in the dark when it is dry. I was expecting more especially for how much they cost...oh well. I've had two different pairs of REI rain pants that lasted much longer and were more waterproof.
