This is a gorgeous bike! I have always ridden a women's specific road bike, and this was my first foray into electronic shifting. It is super smooth and handles very well. I ride over 100 miles per week, often with significant climbing, and I find this bike is very fast on flats and descents, and OK with climbing. This bike came with a 52-36 chain ring and 11-34 cassette, which provided fewer climbing gears than I was used to. I bought an 11-36 cassette from BTD using my VIP points and had it installed by my home mechanic. It works perfectly despite Shimano's recommendation that you not go bigger then 11-34, and I didn't even need to replace my chain. Be very careful about sizing on this bike. I bought a Small and it is on the verge of too small. I normally ride a Small or 51cm bike, and am 5'5. I had to have the seat put all the way back, and it still feels a bit cramped. I think a Medium might have fit me better. Also note that the handlebars are only 34s on the hoods, and 36 at the ends of the flair. I may buy new 36 handlebars as I find them more comfortable for my size. The wheels are exceptionally lightweight and are very loud. All in all, though, I do love this bike, it's absolutely beautiful, and little by little I'll get all the sizing issues dialed in.
