First, I want to say that Bike Tires Direct customer service was superb. I called to ask about features of the bike and then again to ask about a text I had gotten. They quickly got back to me with a full explanation and I so appreciated that.

Second, this bike is a dream to ride. I live in the Northeast. It�s cold here, but I can�t get enough of this bike. Gears change so smoothly and the ride can�t be beat. I feel like a rockstar. Love the color, too!!
